Suman Shrestha
I’m Suman Shrestha, a senior software engineer in Kathmandu, Nepal, building finance- and compliance-grade platforms with Laravel and React, and the agent tooling that ships them. I run a supervised fleet of Claude Code agents that take tickets from bug report to reviewed pull request.

A real shell, not decoration. Type a command — or tap one — to explore this site.
AI Focus
I don't just add AI to products; I build with it. Most of my code now ships through Claude Code agents that I direct, supervise and review, held to the same proof a careful engineer would demand.
Agentic Delivery
Jira tickets taken end to end by Claude Code agents working to rules I wrote: reproduce the bug in a headless browser, fix it, prove the fix, open a draft PR and clear a review gate. I review and merge.
Agent Supervision
AgentPane runs many agents side by side, each in its own git worktree. A systemd watcher pings me the moment one asks a question, stalls, or a PR fails checks or review.
LLM Product Features
Structured outputs, tool calling and retrieval wired into Laravel and React products, with human review wherever the stakes are financial or compliance-grade.
How I Ship
One command takes a Jira ticket to a reviewed pull request. Agents do the legwork in parallel, each in its own worktree. Nothing counts as done until a real browser has shown it failing, then passing.
- 01ticket
Pick up the ticket
An agent reads the Jira ticket and cuts a branch named after its key from the deploy branch.
- 02red
Prove it is broken
It reproduces the bug, or shows each acceptance criterion failing, in a headless browser against the local stack.
- 03fix
Root-cause and build
It fixes the cause rather than the symptom, following the repo’s own rules and best-practice skills.
- 04green
Prove it is fixed
The same browser run passes, and the outcome is checked against the database, not just the UI.
- 05review
Draft PR + review gate
An automated audit, then a fresh-context reviewer that re-reviews until clean, for up to three rounds.
- 06human
I review and merge
Handoff is mine. A watcher alerts me when anything needs a human, and /reflect turns each session into better skills.

Want this way of shipping on your team?
I work full-time on a compliance platform and take on a small amount of consulting: setting up agentic engineering workflows, Laravel performance work, and AI features in Laravel and React products.
